Esquire Dallas, TX

From North Dallas – US 75 (Central Expressway):

1. Drive South on US 75/45 coming into downtown Dallas.
2. Exit on to Live Oak and turn right onto Live Oak.
3. Stay on Live Oak (approximately 4 blocks) until you get to St. Paul.
4. Turn left on St. Paul, go one block to Elm Street and turn right on Elm.
5. Take an immediate right again off of Elm and this will bring you to the entrance of our parking garage.
6. Follow signs to Visitor Parking on P1 Level.

From North Dallas – I-35 (Stemmons Expressway):

1. Drive south on I-35 toward Dallas.
2. Exit onto US75/45 to Houston, exit 429A. Stay on US 75 going south.
3. Exit onto Live Oak and turn right onto Live Oak. Stay on Live Oak (approximately 4 blocks) until you get to St. Paul.
4. Turn left (south) on St. Paul, go one block to Elm Street and turn right on Elm.
5. Take an immediate right again and this will bring you to the entrance of our parking garage.
6. Follow signs to Visitor Parking on P1 Level.

From Love Field Airport:

1. Take a right onto Mockingbird Lane (this is the main street in front of the airport) and drive approximately 3 miles until you get to I-35 going south.
2. Drive south on I-35 and exit onto US 75/45 to Houston, exit 429A.
3. Stay on US 75 going south. Exit onto Live Oak and turn right onto Live Oak.
4. Stay on Live Oak (approximately 4 blocks) until you get to St. Paul.
5. Turn left (south) St. Paul, go one block to Elm Street and turn right on Elm.
6. Take an immediate right again off of Elm and this will bring you to the entrance of our parking garage.
7. Follow signs to Visitor Parking on P1 Level.

From Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport:

1. Take either the North or South Exits from the airport toward Dallas. Either highway will merge and become I-35 going south.
2. Continue going south on I-35 and exit onto US75/45 to Houston, exit 429A.
3. Stay on US 75 going south.
4. Exit onto Live Oak and drive approximately 4 blocks to St. Paul.
5. Turn right (south) on St. Paul and go one block to Elm Street.
6. Turn right on Elm and take an immediate right off of Elm and into our parking garage.
7. Follow signs to Visitor Parking on P1 Level.

From west of Dallas such as Ft. Worth/Arlington:

1. Drive east toward Dallas on I-30 and as you are in Dallas go to the downtown Central Exp. Exit.
2. The first stoplight is Harwood, turn left and go to Elm and turn left.
3. Get into right lane and immediately after crossing St. Paul turn right into parking garage.
4. Follow signs to Visitor Parking on P1 Level.

From south of Dallas:

1. Drive north on I-35 and as you come into downtown you will cross the Trinity River.
2. After crossing the river the highway will split, stay in the right lanes as it will merge with I-30 going east.
3. Take the Downtown Central Expressway, the first stoplight is Harwood, turn left – go to Elm and turn left.
4. Get in the right lane and immediately after crossing St. Paul, immediately turn right and this will take you into the parking garage of our building.
