• Full processing retention. We have the ability to re-filter on new search terms with no added charges.

• MIME type detection. We ensure that the attachment files open with the proper program.

• NR - problem files removed. We remove executable files to prevent inadvertent execution of the program, and to reduce space on the hard drive.

• OCR of image-based PDFs. We allow filtering of image-based PDFs, resulting in better record reduction.

Esquire Litigation Solutions offers optional features with definite value:

• "Soft" de-duping. We reduce the number of records you need to review, saving the reviewer time and money. "Soft duplicates" are exact copies of an email which have been identified as copies by a proprietary de-duplication process. We have seen reductions of up to 33%.

• TIFF image rotation. We rotate the images to improve the printing and Bates numbering of landscape pages. TIFFs are generated in landscape mode from .xls and .ppt files.
