Blowbacks are printed copies of scanned documents. Once documents
have been scanned and the images "burned" onto CDs, paper
copies—blowbacks—can be printed for distribution. This protects the
original documents from damage or degradation through repeated
handling or copying. The document images stored on CDs do not
degrade over time (assuming the CD has not been mistreated),
ensuring quick access and excellent reproduction of documents
whenever required.
Esquire Litigation Solutions produces blowbacks of IPRO, TIFF
Group 3 or Group 4 or DDIF, and other image files. Our printers
produce nearly 100 pages per minute of letter (8-1/2" x 11") and
legal (8-1/2" x 14") blowbacks, and about 20 pages per minute of
ledger (11" x 17") blowbacks. If blowbacks are needed immediately,
we can print the images at any of our production offices and deliver
the copies to the appropriate location.
